During a productive creative sprint with FTX, I led a team of designers, optimizing approval times and enabling real-time testing, tracking, and refinement of creative. Our focused approach resulted in highly targeted lookalike audiences and the development of the standout Steph Curry creative (shown on the left). The outcomes were astounding: +667% first trade downloads, -37% cost to acquire, +61% click-through rates, and +121% app downloads.
